Citrus Heights Collaborative The Citrus Heights Collaborative is open to anyone who is interested in helping support the expansion or betterment of human services and social services in the community. The meetings are open to the public. We meet on the second Friday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the City Council Chambers at the Citrus Heights Civic Center located at 6237 Fountain Square Drive. Vision Coalition of El Dorado Hills Any individual, organization, business, governmental agency, local community group, faith based organization, student, youth organization, can join the coalition by registering with the coalition and participating in regular scheduled management or planning meetings and is an active participant in coalition activities or events.

 The Collaborative meets monthly, on the 4th Tuesday of each month, 9:00-10:30 AM, at the Health Education Council, 3950 Industrial Blvd., Ste 600 West Sacramento, CA 95691.
