Convenings
YDN hosts convenings of youth providers and other community stakeholders to create networking and learning opportunities. No one agency can develop young people...we are all responsible for successful development of youth. YDN convenings are ways to help agencies connect, coordinate and leverage resources and surface issues affecting youth in our region.

Get Outdoors Network - GO:
The outdoor education network is a growing network committed to raising awareness around the importance of outdoor education and also helping providers learn best practices on engaging a broader diversity of youth to outdoor education activities.

Trainers network:
YDN has trained 18 individuals in its YDI. These trainers meet annually to share how they have used YDI, gain new tools for delivering training. In 2009, YDN is mapping youth development trainer resources and will be inviting these trainers to form a network of trainers.

YDI Alumni Gatherings
Individuals that have graduated from the 50-hour YDI and customized 4-day program YDI sessions are encouraged to attend the alumni meetings. YDN’s ongoing networking and support opportunities for training alumni are a way to give organizations the necessary training they need to continue providing exemplary youth programs.
