Recognition and Rewards
Though many youth development workers come to their positions because
they want to make a difference in the lives of youth, well thought out

and for how long. The latest edition of the Professional Development Series
identifies some of the benefits of recognition and rewards programs, lessons
from the field and steps to consider when creating your own program.
