Advance Early Bird Registration
November 10, 2018 - February 15, 2019 - $350 per person
(Please note that registering with an Invoice/Purchase Order will hold your place, but PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL by March 10, 2019 to secure the Advance Early Bird Registration Rate. If payment is not received by March 10, 2019, Early Bird Registration fees will apply.)
Early Bird Registration
February 16, 2019 - April 15, 2019 - $375 per person
(Please note that registering with an Invoice/Purchase Order will hold your place, but PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL by May 3, 2019 to secure the Early Bird Registration Rate. If payment is not received by May 3, 2019, Standard Registration fees will apply.)
April 16, 2019 - May 17, 2018 - $425 per person
(Please note that registering with an Invoice/Purchase Order will hold your teams place, but PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL by June 10, 2019 to secure the Standard Registration Rate. If payment is not received by June 10, 2019, a Late Registration fee of $20 per-person will apply.)
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We gladly accept on-line credit cards (Discover, Visa, & MasterCard) payments and invoice/purchase orders (Please note that invoice/purchase order requests will hold your teams place but must be paid, by check, in full prior to the close of each registration phase. Payments not received by the close of a registration phase will reflect standard registration rates or late registration rates).
Registering with an Invoice/Purchase Order request will hold your teams place, but PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL by the close of each registration phase: Advance Early Bird payment deadline is March 10, 2019. Early Bird payment deadline is May 3, 2019, Standard Registration payment deadline is June 10, 2019. If payment is not received in full by close of each registration deadline, the Standard or Late Registration rate will apply (respectively). Check or Invoice/Purchase Order payment process registration will initiate YDN issuing a separate invoice to support the payment process.
Note: All balances over 30 days old will be charged an additional 1% finance charge each month.
All cancellations must be made in writing by May 3, 2019, and will incur a 25% cancellation fee. All cancellations after May 3, 2019 are non-refundable. Registered attendees are liable for all cancellation fees including payments that have not yet been received by YDN at the time of cancellation, however, attendance spot is transferable and you can send someone in your place to fulfill your registration commitment. All registered participants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the entire registration fee. Cancellations must be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org by May 3, 2019 to be eligible for a refund. Any exceptions for emergencies, extreme weather, or natural disasters will be considered on a case by case basis.
